Preliminary Workshop on the Open Education Blackboard and the ADDIE

The workshop began with the remark of Dr. Soth SOK, Dean of the Faculty of Education. Dr. Soth welcomed all the selected participants to the project and expected their participation to produce a practical manual or an academic article for each team the end of the project.
