This PhD program has deepened my understanding of learning theories, particularly learning by doing. It has enhanced my ability to connect theory with practice, align activities with policy goals, and analyze educational change using a strong foundation of cause and effect.
Pursuing my PhD at FoED/RUPP has been a transformative journey. The program has strengthened my research skills and academic capacity, enabling me to publish research in both local and international journals. The guidance from dedicated professors and opportunities to engage in seminars and conferences have greatly supported my professional and academic growth.
The PhD program at the Faculty of Education offers a flexible weekend schedule that allows professionals to study while working. What impressed me most is the open academic environment, high-quality teaching, and strong support from experienced lecturers and supervisors. The diverse cohort of Cambodian and international professionals creates meaningful academic exchange and enriches the learning experience.
